In my AI journey, Training and Learning are the two of the most repeated words that I have come across. Models are trained with train data and tested with test data; and then the performance and scores such as Accuracy, Recall, Precision, and F1 Score are evaluated and reinforcement learning is used in LLMs, the foundation of AI.
I wonder if the rigor that AI is subjected to would be applied to us humans, to scale and speed in our overall education and personality development, then would not the outcome be unimaginably awesome.
Repeated occurrence of the word reminded me of a session in Effective Human Productivity, by LMI International, that I was fortunate enough to have attended, over two decades ago.
Here is a summary of some of the topics I recall.
1: That one must set realistic Goals in every aspect of our lives and they need to reasonable, achievable and measurable. Everything is possible for one who believes it is possible
2: And one of the methods suggested to achieve these goals were: Daily Affirmation and Daily Visualizations.
I applied these tips to some life situations, and they worked.

We don’t journey through life alone. We learn in formal and informal settings. And as AI uses the feedback loop to predict better, we too can apply the feedback loop to our learnings and experiences. It’s time that businesses and institutions instituted closed loop learning systems that ensured ‘diffusion’
