Engineering Division , 20 years after I moved on be a successful entrepreneur/CEO at another great organization, Jergens India Pvt Ltd a subsidiary of Jergens Inc, USA
My erstwhile colleagues , Mr Agarkar ( executive VP and Business Head), Arnold Martin, Atul Dharmadhikari, Nitin Patil and many more welcomed me with a lot of warmth and made me feel at home. I was indeed touched by the reception. Atul Dharmadhikari remarked ,very truly ,that great organisations across geographies ingrain great values in their teams-and relationships are for ever.
Joseph you are the pioneer in TPM in our plant when we even did not know the full form of it .
You were ahead of the times and a great leader .
