Every new email is automatically summarized using AI and sent back to me.

This , I believe is how AI Agents mimics the AI Agent.
When one types a question in the chatgpt message bar, a node receives it and the AI agent gets lot of things done, including getting info from the internet and give you a structured response to your prompt.
I am enjoying the tireless response of this agent
